Overview of all solid waste treatment techniques using both a physico-chemical and thermal vitrification recovery approach and a stabilization inertization approach (final waste).
The course highlights the concept of recyclable waste and ultimate waste. It addresses a large spectrum of solid waste treatment techniques; From landfill with stabilization to vitrification and physico-chemistry.
