Summary

The engineers at Grenoble INP-Pagora are executives capable of tackling various situations, modeling solutions for industries and assuming technical and managerial responsibilities. They quickly occupy positions of responsibility in many sectors, with high remuneration and exercise various functions.

A professionalizing approach

You are supported at each stage of the development of your projects (training, professional ...).

An active and collaborative educational system helps you develop your knowledge, skills and teamwork. It introduces you to project management and, more generally, teaches you how to learn. Human, economic and business sciences - essential for any engineer - are taught from the 1st year.

Technological platforms allow you to benefit from practical training on industrial pilots (paper machines, printing presses, cutting table, thermopress, extruder, sleeping bench, 3D printers), on scientific equipment (environmental electron microscope, rheometers) and on simulators.

Apprenticeship training

A talent pool for companies
Ensured employability for apprentices

Objectives

Skills of the Grenoble INP-Pagora's engineer

Specificities

Apprenticeship supported by the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region

The apprentices are monitored both by Grenoble INP-Pagora and by the company. Apprentices alternate a month at school, a month in business. In total, they spend more than 50% of their working time in companies.

2nd year bilingual

Most of the lessons are given in English.
Choice between two options:
→ Fibre and Biomaterials Engineering (FBE)
→ Printed Communication Engineering (PCE)

Active and collaborative pedagogy

Problem-based learning (APP)
Défi d’une Équipe d’Élèves de Pagora (DEEP)

Study trips

Visits to industrial sites and meetings with professionals, especially former students of the school: an excellent opportunity to discover the different aspects of the engineering profession.

Technological platforms

They allow you to benefit from practical training on industrial pilots (paper machines, printing presses, cutting table, thermopress, extruder, sleeping bench, 3D printers), on scientific equipment (environmental electron microscope, rheometers) and on simulators.
