Content(s)

This set of pratical work is composed of 3 sessions:

Inkjet printing session:

  • Inkjetability control of the silver nanoparticles based ink
  • Ability of the process to produce fine patterns (circuit design)
  • Impact of the sintering parameters (time, temperature) on conductivity
  • Electrical caracteristics of printed films
  • Production of 13.56 MHz RFID tags with several designs

Screen printing session:

Synthsis session:

  • Sharing of the results between groups and exploitation
  • Completion of the missing data
  • Chip fixation on printed RFID antennas + caracterization

The objective of this set of practical work is to conceive RFID tags and to evaluate the influence of several parameters on the realized device performances:
(1)Influence of design antenna
(2)Influence of printing process (Ink jet printing / Screen-printing)
(3)Influence of subtrate
(4)Influence of sintering parameters (time, temperature)
