The following topics are dealt with :
- Structure and properties of elements (element properties in relation with their structure, chemical linkage models, …)
- Redox potential (Nernst law, potentiometry,…)
- Organic chemistry (chemical functions, energy of the reaction, reaction mechanisms…)
- Aqueous solutions (acid and basic reactions, conductivity, solution preparation, …)
Chemistry knowledge of high-school final year

Test
Normal teaching conditions :
supervised written exam of 1h30 with 1 page A4 R/V prepared by the student
if the mark is not suffisant (<12/20), students should follow the general chemistry lectures.
A second evaluation is organised at the issue of the chemistry lecture.
Degraded teaching conditions :
same rules but the written exam is not supervised and is done at distance with documents. To be done during a period of 1h30. The written exam (pdf) will be deposited on Chamilo by the student in a folder and during a period given by the teacher
