Content(s)

Each student builds his own learning pathway and completes his portfolio of skills. They choose between 3 courses : individual sports, team sports or multi-activity.
Through concretes situations in different sports, students learn how to take an active role in their ownhealth, how to act or react in a group, how to take a decision under pressure, how to lead and to motivate a team or a group, how to reach a goal, to increase a team result…

Each semester, the student complete one stage of a skill among many modules available :

• Skills in taking an active role in his or her ownhealth.
• Skills in risk management
• Skills in sport project management
• Skills in group or team management
• Skills in competition management (individualy or in team)

For the Module "group management" (individual sports), a minimum skill is expected (at least 3 semesters of practice). Note that the student will have to coach and train a group of students.

For the other Modules, no prerequisite is needed
