Goal(s)

Report on the work carried out during the course by presenting in detail the technical aspects of the project carried out.

Content(s)

The report should normally contain the following sections

• Introduction (brief presentation of the context and the project leading to the presentation of the plan and structure of the report)
• Summary presentation of the company to allow a good understanding of the project issues;
• Presentation of the context that motivated the project/mission and of the company's strategy;
• Definition and objectives of the work required;
• Materials & methods
  1. Characteristics and analysis of the process, workstation, etc. on which you have worked;
  2. Means used and your contribution to this study;
• Results & discussion
  1. Work/measures carried out ;
  2. Results obtained, analysis and progress;
• Critical review of your work and future prospects;
• Conclusion (highlighting the results obtained and the strengths of the project).
• Annex 1: Company presentation (part of L2)
• Annex 2: SD & CSR policy (part of L3)
• Technical annexes if necessary

Presentation instructions: follow the instructions in MOP-612-RF paragraph B-1.

The final report must be approved by the company tutor and submitted in Chamilo as a pdf version one week after the end of the course and two paper copies must be received at school. In case of delay for approval by the industrial tutor, submit a draft version in Chamilo before the deadline. The approved version must be received before the defence.
