The aim of the course is to raise awareness and train students in innovation by offering them the opportunity to experiment with innovation methods and tools in the service of a project that is part of the DEEP projects carried out by the Grenoble INP-Pagora school.
The students' mission is to imagine an innovative solution in the form of a demonstrator to meet a concrete challenge brought by a client.
Design of an information collection campaign to document an immersion phase as part of the Design Thinking methodology
Data analysis and synthesis to integrate the user dimension into the innovative solutions to be developed by the DEEP project

Summary file to be submitted on the immersion phase (60% of the final grade).
Presentation of your idea in the form of an idea sheet (40% of the final score).
> Innovative and original nature of the solution (in relation to different aspects: use, customer relationship, process, business model, etc.)
> Adequacy of the solution with the objectives / constraints of the challenge
> Feasibility and concrete nature of the solution (possibility of implementation, sustainability and replication)
> Successful character of the idea (taking into account the different dimensions of the challenge)
> Quality and accuracy of deliverables
> Involvement and seriousness of the team during the working sessions
L’évaluation comporte 3 parties comme suit :
-n1 Oral : évaluation, à l’issue de la présentation orale du kick off, de la qualité des scénarii imaginés
-n2 Examen écrit de 15’ sur les notions du cours de J.Bras
-n3 Oral : évaluation de l’appropriation et l’utilisation des notions du cours de J.Bras lors de la revue de projet DEEP n°1
Calcul de la note : note = [n1 + (1/3n2 + 2/3 n3)]/2
