Goal(s)
Learning outcomes Course :
- Understanding the different 3D printing techniques (Stereolithography, Powder sintering, Extrusion processes)
- Learn about materials for 3D printing
- Understand and summarise scientific articles on the subject of 3D printing in different application sectors (medical, building, biomaterials, etc.).
Learning outcomes TP :
- Adjust the key parameters of the process by applying different 3D printing techniques (Technologies: Stereolithography and Thermoplastic extrusion) and use different 3D printing materials to produce 3D objects.
- Draw up a user procedure (for subsequent use in projects)
- Summarise scientific articles and use elements of scientific articles to produce the CR.

Evaluation : Rapport ou compte-rendu
Course and exam language adapted to the student profile.
Grading is based on the practical work report, 65% (drafting of procedures and summary table of key parameters to be set and their influence) and the summary of 2 scientific articles, 35%, selected from a dozen or so. There are no grades for apprentices who do not attend the practical sessions, only the course.
Can not be catched-up
FOR REMOTE COURSES (Health crisis) : Assessment will take the form of a homework assignment based on an incomplete document. The synthesis of 2 scientific articles selected from a dozen or so is maintained.
The exam may be taken in french or in english
