The printed communication sector extends from document publishing to the graphics industry and includes packaging printing.
This semester is designed to meet the current needs of the graphic arts industry: a good command of printing and converting processes, inks and associated substrates, as well as an in-depth knowledge of issues relating to colour reproduction (colorimetry, colour management, etc.).
This semester is also focused on the high added-value printing of the future. The diversification of the printing profession is envisaged through multi-channel (cross-media), digital printing, personalisation, interactive printing and new applications for printing processes, particularly in the context of printed electronics and “smart” packaging.
