  • Conduct a working meeting
  • Integrate the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard;

  • Put into practice some principles of general semantics.

Objective: to convince students that continuous improvement is a necessary condition for the expansion of organizations and is achieved through the methodical implementation of evidence applicable by all.

3 guided works, organized as meetings. Classically, affinity diagrams, QFD and world café, but a particular context may lead to organize a different session. For example: internal audit, 5S approach, ...

The courses and the guided works are independent.

Depending on the health constraints in force, the sessions can be held at a distance.

Test

Course taught in English.

IMPORTANT: THE ASSESSMENT IS DONE DURING A "SUPERVISED HOMEWORK" SESSION, EVEN IF THE WORK CAN BE COMPLETED AT HOME.
Assessed homework (in pairs or triples): a session dedicated to writing a typical procedure used to implement a quality management system.
The document is given to the teacher in paper and digital format (deposit on the Chamilo platform) before a deadline (later than the dedicated session).
The assignment can be made up if the lack of delivery is justified.

In case of health constraint, the session dedicated to the evaluated assignment will take place remotely.

La note du devoir à la maison (rédaction de la procédure) constitue la note finale.
Rattrapable si la non-remise de la procédure est justifiée.

The grade for the homework assignment (writing the procedure) constitutes the final grade.
Can be made up if the non-receipt of the procedure is justified.

The exam may be taken in french or in english
