Content

The ETP is often a pre-feasibility study, but some subjects may lead to lab/site tests and practical deployment. The ETP can also be a prerequisite for an IEPT.

  • Students of student status work on the basis of a project chosen at the beginning of the school year. Group work.
    For example, we can consider creating a company on the basis of a technical, marketing or organizational innovation...
  • The apprentices work on a theme proposed by their host company. Individual work in Pagora. Essentially it is about taking charge of an investment project (implementation of new equipment, optimization of a process or organization, resolution of a problem, development of a product)

A detailed specification is given at the beginning of the academic year to all students. It is accessible in full on Chamilo (see the course: Pagora A3 - PTE)

The specification is the equivalent of a contract between teachers and students (the process of the steps, the evaluation criteria and instructions are detailed).

A standard report and tools are also available to students.

Tests

The evaluations are individual: the passage schedules will be published a few days before the support sessions.
When a student is in defense, the others work on their file.

Milestone 1: Defense. Reformulation of the subject and presentation of the project sheet. 2 slides allowed

Milestone 2: Defense. Presentation of the progress of the subject, progress report. 3 slides authorized and restoration of the file in the same condition

Milestone 3: Submission of the completed complete file

All deliverables are to be submitted on a fixed date:
a) On Chamilo for non-confidential files: http://chamilo.grenoble-inp.fr
It is necessary to "Zipper" the folders (fragmented folders and delivered in bulk will not be read).

b) On a secure platform if the file is confidential. On a case-by-case basis, on request

The rendering procedures are given in the specifications.

Evaluation criteria :

  • Methodology and project management
  • Knowledge and understanding of the subject
  • Presentation and communication
  • Proposal strength, innovation capacity
  • Quality of professional relationships (respect for others, listening, self-management)

Rules :

  • A score of "0" at one of the Milestones results in a "0" for the final score
  • Cases of force majeure (illness...) will be taken into account and will not penalize the student (subject to supporting documents)
  • Flexibility can be considered (project progress, structure...): justifications will be examined on a case-by-case basis and the approach will remain subject to validation
  • Any plagiarism will be severely penalized
    (definition: plagiarism = "copy/paste more than one line without reference to the source used")
  • Penalties in case of non-compliance with the specifications
    0.5 point per week of delay started compared to the deadline
    0.5 point for non-compliance with instructions (storage, folder structure)

Can be made up if the situation justifies it.



Evaluation : Moyenne pondérée entre le rapport de synthèse et les soutenances

kick-off meeting / reformulation : 10 % de la note finale
middle-project / mi-parcours : 40 %
final project / finale : 50 %.
